You are looking for a design to create an EBook Downloads Website for your company and look more or less as scribd.com with the layout responsive to all devices.
I will create a custom website based on your branding, functionality requirements and best practices.
You will be able to create, edit and delete the content of your new site through an intuitive “back end” plus you will be able to update your company news and comment on latest industry stories through a blog.
Your new website will include an e-commerce solution for ebook downloads purpose with membership subscriptions.
Process and Timeframe
Step 1: Order Confirmation and Design Interview
If you accept the quotation from the link attached, please make 50% upfront payment according to the coming Invoice email for order confirmation.
Please fill-in and revert back the form attached with the coming Invoice email. It is needed to get to know who you are, what you corporate stand for, and so on for create a design that portrays the value you offer in a way that resonates with the people who matter: the people you want to do business with.
Step 2: Design Presentation
Three new design concepts will be designed. Naturally there will be a common. We’ll go through these options and decide which direction to take and any adjustments. This can be amended (up to 3 times) until you’re happy with it. If further revisions are deemed necessary, this will be done at RM50/revision. (This is rarely necessary, but this will be discussed fully before any hourly fees are incurred).
We expect this stage to take 2 weeks.
Step 3: Website Content and Development
Once we have the design locked-in, we can begin to construct the website. Any photos and information will need to be gathered at this stage. Setup the hosting and create a copy “dev” site to test the new site. Once it’s done, we’ll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set. Any amends are made at this stage.
Note: Co-operation of the host is critical to this part of the project. We expect this stage to take 3 weeks.
Step 4: Launch
The launch process is a carefully considered one. We need to ensure email addresses don’t go down, the site doesn’t have any downtime, and any old links are re-directed to the new pages and several other things.
We operate to a checklist which we’ve curated over the years and it’s not failed us once.
We always launch late on a Friday night to give us the best chance of getting any issues ironed out.
You can sleep easy knowing we’ll be on-call over your launch weekend to ensure everything goes according to plan.
Functionality requirements and Price

The estimated price of the above website design is RM 4,910, with RM2,455.00 payable on commencement of the project and RM2,455.00 payable on completion. We expect the process to take around 5 weeks.
We can perform essential maintenance on your site to ensure it’s continued at a rate of RM 720.00/pa.
This is just an estimate and doesn’t constitute a formal contract. If the information needed is forthcoming and complete then the estimates will be realistic.
